When confronted with fraudulent phone calls, phishing SMS messages, or financial extortion, knowing exactly which official government agency to contact can mean the difference between immediate fund recovery and total financial loss. Law enforcement agencies across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) operate dedicated cybercrime reporting portals, toll-free hotlines, and specialized mobile applications to protect residents and prosecute digital syndicates.

Crucial Evidence to Preserve Before Reporting
Do Not Delete Digital Records!
Law enforcement forensic investigators require intact digital evidence to track down perpetrators and freeze accounts. Always document:
- Full international phone numbers (including country prefixes) from your call logs.
- Unedited screenshots of SMS messages, WhatsApp chats, and fraudulent web URLs.
- Bank account IBANs, recipient names, or crypto wallet addresses provided by fraudsters.
- Bank transaction reference numbers and SMS notifications received from your financial institution.
Protecting the Community
Beyond official reporting, help protect other Gulf residents by querying and contributing community reports on our Truecallnumber Caller ID Directory. If your personal number was ever used unlawfully in directory listings, submit an immediate removal request through our Delisting Request Form.
