1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harassment or Abuse: Use the Services or caller information to harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or intimidate any person.
• Automated Scraping and Data Harvesting: Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or spiders to harvest, extract, or index phone numbers, names, or metadata from our database.
• Spam and Cold Calling: Use phone numbers or names retrieved through the Services to compile marketing lists, send unsolicited commercial messages (SMS/WhatsApp), or conduct cold calls.
• Doxxing: Publish, broadcast, or maliciously expose an individual's private telephone number or associated details to the public.
• System Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, bypass CAPTCHA protections, or overload our servers.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Accuracy

Information contained in the Number LookUp directory is largely community-sourced, collected from contributing address books, user reports, and public directories.

• All search results, caller names, and spam scores are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Because names reflect how contacts were saved in contributors' phonebooks, names may contain nicknames, informal labels, or typographical errors. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, official civil registration, or completeness of any record.
• Number LookUp is not a consumer reporting agency. The data provided may not be used for credit evaluation, background checks, employment screening, or housing eligibility determinations.

3. Removal and Delisting Rights

We believe every individual has the right to control their personal contact data. Any individual may have their number delisted from our public directory:

• Free of Charge: Delisting is 100% free. No payment, credit card, or subscription is ever required.
• No Account Required: You do not need to register, create an account, or install an app to delist your number.
• How to Request: Send an email to Software.volta@gmail.com with the subject line REMOVE: +[CountryCode][PhoneNumber]. Requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Commercial Features and Paid Options

The standard web search tool on our site is free for all users and is supported by digital advertising (such as Google AdSense). In our mobile applications, users may opt to purchase premium features or subscriptions to remove advertisements, access advanced automated spam blocking, or obtain higher daily search quotas. All purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective payment terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Number LookUp, its operators, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or reliance on information obtained through the Services.
