Step-by-Step Delisting Instructions
To have your number delisted, follow these four simple steps:
From your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail, etc.), compose a new message addressed to:

Write the subject line exactly in this format with your full international telephone number:
REMOVE: +[CountryCode][YourPhoneNumber]

In the body of your email, please provide:
- The complete phone number with country dial code.
- Your country of residence.
- Optional: Reason for removal (e.g. personal privacy, newly reassigned number).
Our privacy team reviews and processes delisting requests within 24 to 48 hours. Once removed, your number is suppressed from our database and will no longer return caller identification records in public searches.
Frequently Asked Questions About Removal
Will my number reappear if someone else uploads their contact list?
No. Once a phone number is delisted, its hash is stored in a permanent suppression blocklist. Future community contact updates automatically ignore suppressed numbers.
Do I need to verify my identity with personal documents?
No. We do not ask for government IDs, passports, or passwords. Simply email us from your active email address stating the phone number to be removed.
Can businesses remove or correct their phone number?
